WHAT: REPRESENTATIVE TRENT FRANKS' DC CONSTITUENT SERVICE DAY

WHEN: Wednesday, May 23, 12:00 Noon until 1:30

WHERE: 2435 Rayburn Building, Office of Representative Trent Franks (R-AZ)

DETAILS:

Trent Franks has decided that he should determine local reproductive health policy for residents of the District of Columbia. He says the abortion fight isn't about DC autonomy -- even though his proposed ban applies only to District of Columbia. Since Rep. Franks has taken such a keen interest in local DC affairs, District of Columbia residents will deliver a host of local municipal concerns to Mr. Franks' office so he can correct these problems.

Residents will bring various "props" to illustrate the kinds of local problems Rep. Franks will surely be interested in fixing. Some of these include plastic rats, downed parking signs, unfair tickets, pictures of neighborhood potholes and much more.

All of these items will be available to the press.
