DC Mayor Vincent C. Gray will address protesters at 11:00 AM before a demonstration on Capitol Hill today. The youth-led protest will target Senator Harry Reid (D-NV), who conceded District of Columbia's right to allocate some of its local funds in order to reach a deal on the budget with Republicans.
