Cartoon: "Doormat"

While the Republicans are busy reading the Constitution out loud, they maybe should look up over their glasses to notice that the document has become the equivalent of a village charter that allows decision-making over a small range of trivial issues. I guess that's how they like it, but holding it up as the binding document of an independent nation has become as quaint as a teacup.
