D.C. Budget Autonomy: Critical Steps on the Way to Statehood

DC Vote will be taking part in a forum discussing the future of DC autonomy during this year's Congressional Black Caucus. The forum will explore ways to convince congressional lawmakers to allow the District of Columbia to use its own locally raised funds at its own discretion just as other jurisdictions do without first having to seek permission from Congress.
