Teens Count will present a theatrical and fashion production entitled “Represent: Our Voices! Our Power! Our Vote!” This subject is both timely and meaningful to the country. This play will address the right to vote and the power of your voice from the perspective of the Teens Count youth, as many of them will be first time voters in the upcoming election.

This program is made possible through funding provided by the Children’s Youth Investment Trust Corporation and the Department of Employment Services as part of Mayor Vincent Gray’s “Passport to Work” program. The mission of the program this summer is to not only tap into the talents of our youth, but to educate them about issues that affect their lives daily. Bring the entire family and support our young stars, future leaders, and entrepreneurs.
