The Judiciary Subcommitee on the Constitution will be holding a hearing on May 17th to discuss H.R. 3803, a bill that would ban almost all abortions in Washington, DC performed after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

This bill, proposed by Representative Trent Franks (R-AZ) is unnecessary infringement upon DC's local autonomy, and District residents need to stand against it.
