One City Summit

Date:     Saturday, February 11, 2012
Location:     Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW
Time:     9:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Mayor Vincent Gray is giving you a great opportunity to talk with him about DC democracy. We hope you can attend the Mayor's One City Summit, on Saturday, February 11 from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

More than a thousand DC residents are expected at the Washington Convention Center to provide input for the Mayor during an interactive meeting to help identify city priorities. One issue unites all the wards in the District of Columbia: democracy and freedom for DC.

Please sign up to attend the summit and let the mayor know you believe addressing our second-class status should be a top priority of his administration.

You will also have an opportunity to talk about the importance of our fight for democracy in small group discussions with your DC neighbors and vote on the top challenges facing the city. Take advantage of this chance to express your views and make your voice heard.

Let's put the fight for our rights at the top of our government's agenda!

The Washington Convention Center is located at 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW Washington, DC 20001, closest metro: Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center (Green and Yellow lines).
