Save the evening of Tuesday, October 12, 2010 to help DC Vote honor our Champions of Democracy, Smith Bagley (posthumously), President of the Arca Foundation, Kathy Schmidt, DC Vote grassroots leader, and Andy Shallal, owner of Busboys & Poets, as Champions of Democracy.
