Here's a sample script:
"My name is [YOUR NAME]. I'm calling to urge President Obama to act swiftly on DC voting rights and to support the DC Voting Rights Act and congressional representation for the residents of DC. The DC Voting Rights Act is a fair, bipartisan bill that allows Americans living in our nation’s capital to participate in our democracy. I hope the Congress passes the bill and that President Obama quickly signs it into law."
